How does the Kiala service work?

1. Order: Order with one of the Kiala partners and select a Kiala Point closest to your home or office, where you would like to have your parcel delivered.
2. Wait for a message from Kiala! As soon as the parcel has arrived, Kiala will contact you by phone, email or text message. This way you can decide for yourself when you are ready to collect your parcel.
3. Collect your parcel, when and where it suits you! For the collection of the parcel, all you need to do is show a valid proof of ID (passport, Driver License, utility bill). Why not take the opportunity to do some shopping at the same time. That's what we call convenience!
4. Return your parcel in a Kiala Point! If the item does not meet your expectations, you can always send it back through a Kiala Point of your choice. You will receive a return receipt as proof that you have returned the parcel, with which you can track your parcel on our website at any time!
